Why Fumin?

Undoubtedly one of the most interesting native red vines; the color of its grapes has intense blue shades, taken from the breading of the kitchen. Very common vine already in the past in the town of Aymavilles, a village originally from Emilia (mother of Marco), which since she was a young girl harvested with her family. The grape was pressed with three-pointed branches (foilloi) directly into the vineyard in the “barro” which were then loaded on large sleds (leudze).
