Lo Triolet

At the top of the village, near the church, stands the castle, partially open to visitors, dating back to around 1260. Just a few meters away is the Ola, an ancient building that once housed the castle’s stables, barns, and hayloft. Also of great architectural interest is Maison Bruil, located nearby, one of the most significant examples of rural architecture in the Gran Paradiso area, now home to a museum dedicated to food and nutrition.

In Introd, visitors can also explore the Parc Animalier, a recommended destination for both adults and children eager to discover the local wildlife.

Introd is also the village loved by Popes!
Since 1989, both Pope John Paul II and Pope Benedict XVI have chosen the hamlet of Les Combes as their preferred retreat for summer stays, visiting a total of 12 times.
