Vinification

The grapes are pressed after a drying period of about 2 months. After a cold maceration of 12 hours, the fermentation takes place for 20% in barriques and 80% in steel barrels. Aging for 12 months keeping as much as possible the wine on the final storage of fermentation.

Sweet, balanced, soft and with hints of toasted hazelnuts and acacia honey.
